LLP Registration
An LLP combines the operational flexibility of a partnership with the limited liability protection of a company — each partner's liability is capped at their agreed contribution. It suits service businesses and small enterprises well, and existing proprietorships, partnerships or private companies can convert into an LLP (subject to the Income Tax Act restrictions applicable where turnover exceeds ₹60 lakh). An LLP can be formed by two or more individuals, HUFs, partnership firms, corporate bodies, or a mix of these.
