Documents You'll Need
- PAN card of all proposed directors/subscribers
- Identity proof — Passport / Driving Licence / Aadhaar / Voter ID (any one) for each director/subscriber
- Latest bank statement or passbook (not older than 1 month) for all directors and shareholders
- Latest utility bill (electricity/telephone) of the proposed registered office
- No-Objection Certificate from the owner of the registered office premises
- Rent agreement (if the registered office premises is rented)
- 6 proposed company names in order of preference, with their significance
- Main business activity / objects of the company
- Proposed authorised share capital and face value per share
- Passport-size photographs of all directors
